Distinguish between nylon plastics:
1, look at the gloss, the difference in gloss is correspondingly poor.
2, look at the cut surface. If the cut surface is not uniform, it is expected to be poor.
3, look at the formation, the appearance of the formation is not good, uneven, there is fiber, is the difference.
4, with fire, burn non-combustible, plus flame retardant. Or the wave fiber is more than 30%, which is a difference.
5, after the burning subsides, smell, 6 and 66 are not much difference. If the ratio is too far from the new material, the material quality is also far.
6, drawing, can pull but the wire is not shortened is nylon 6, shortened is Nylon 66, can not pull the wire is the difference.
7. It should be remembered that when foaming is burned, it is affected when the foaming material is modified again. It should be noted that this material is not good.
8, if there is a composite material in the operation, you must look at the large version, mainly from the smell.
9. If there is high temperature material in operation, try to take some test machine when purchasing. Because the melting point of high temperature material is different from that of general material, it may block the machine when it is produced. It is a bad material.
10, buy goods in the hands of small traders, to be able to distinguish between true and false.
11, the seller's word of mouth is also to pay attention.
